Syntopia Digital Human Pre-Livestream Checklist

A quick reference checklist to run through before, during, and after every livestream session.

Before Going Live

Script	Prepare 10+ segments of the original script	If it is one long block of script, click Bulk Script, then copy and paste the original script — the system will automatically split it into segments based on double line breaks
	Prepare 5,000+ characters of the original script
	Click AI Generalization 2 — AI Generalization must be applied to every product; check the generalized livestream content afterward
Interaction	Add Interaction Enhancement and a custom knowledge base for AI interaction	The custom knowledge base serves as a supplement to the livestream script
Virtual Sound Card	Click Start Livestream, install the virtual sound card as prompted, then restart the computer after installation
	In the volume button in the bottom-right corner of the computer, select Sound Output and choose the virtual sound card	If you're unsure how to do this, refer to the video in the manual: Desktop Livestream Companion Setup
	Livestream Companion - Audio - Microphone Device - select the virtual sound card; for Speaker, select the default device
	Configure Livestream Companion's audio as follows:
Digital Human Host	Never use a public model — clone your own digital human avatar	Never use a public model for an official livestream!!
Voice	For the most natural voice, upload 20+ minutes of clean audio (a quick clone needs only 3–15 seconds — see section 01)	The audio must be clean, with natural pauses!
Livestream Room Background	A static background is recommended for the livestream room; video is not recommended
Fragmented Audio	For pure fragmented audio, 6,000+ segments are recommended; for AI + fragmented audio, 1,000+ segments are recommended

After Going Live

AI Smart Protection	AI Smart Protection must always be turned on
AI Bodyguard	Click [Start Running] for Livestream Bodyguard (Douyin only)
Auto Shift Change	Auto shift change every 2-3 hours	Create multiple digital human livestream rooms with different digital human hosts, voices, scripts, and assets, and set a scheduled auto shift change every 2-3 hours.
Connecting Interaction	After going live, select the livestream platform in the control console, copy and paste the livestream room link, and click Connect
Change the script after 3 sessions	If there are no violations, change the original livestream script after 3 sessions	Replace the entire livestream script, and adjust the model and assets appropriately; the script can be regenerated immediately by clicking [AI Rewrite]

After a Violation

Replace All Assets	Replace the livestream script, digital human host, and all livestream assets entirely	Everything must be replaced — do not take chances
(For computers with frequent violations) Clean Computer Environment	(Required) Stream using a capture card: see Capture Card Usage Method
	(Required) Double-click Companion Cleanup.bat; in the black window that pops up, type Y on the keyboard, press Enter, then close it	Reinstalling the operating system + modifying the machine code is the top recommendation! If you don't want to reinstall the system, you can use the method provided on the left!
	(Required) Restart the computer after making the changes Clean Computer Environment.zip (right-click both programs inside and select "Run as administrator")
	(Required) Shut down, restart the fiber modem to change the network IP (wait 20 minutes before powering back on)
